What does ATS mean in basketball statistics?

Against The Spread — a team's win-loss record when the point spread is factored in. A team can win a game but still go against the spread if they win by less than the posted margin.

What is a five-game form strip?

A row of five results — wins shown as W and losses as L — covering the team's five most recent completed games, read left to right from oldest to most recent.

What does PPG mean in player stats?

Points Per Game — the average number of points a player scores each outing, calculated by dividing their total season points by the number of games they have appeared in.

What is a head-to-head record?

The all-time or season win-loss history between two specific teams. Our panel shows the last ten meetings, including the score, date, and which team had home advantage.

What does eFG% mean?

Effective Field Goal Percentage — a shooting efficiency metric that gives extra weight to three-point baskets because they are worth more than two-point attempts. Higher eFG% means more efficient scoring.

What is a rolling season average?

A stat that recalculates after every game rather than staying fixed. As a team plays more games, the rolling average shifts to reflect the most current body of results in that season.
